Reservation and Cancelation Polices

1. RATES
a) The rates display in folders and/or publicity are valid to the specified periods and can be changed for high season reasons or any special event, as well for rates flotation reasons.
b) The rates include breakfast, taxes and room service for 2 persons.

2. PAYMENTS
a) It is demanded 50% payment in advance of the total reservation amount.
b) The balance must be paid until 48 hours prior the check-in
c) All payments must be done by credit card or bank deposits, in account that will be given by the hotel. The receipt must be sent by e-mail, to speed up the identification of the guest.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
a) The returns and cancellations requests, must be written and sent to the hotel's reservation department by e-mail: etniabrasil@etniabrasil.com.br.
b) The cancellation fee will be charged as shown below:

LOW SEASON (March 1st to Nov 30th except for holidays)
- Until 7 days prior check-in: 10% of the reservation's total amount
- 7 days prior check-in until the check-in day: 50% of the reservation's total amount
- No show: 100% of the reservation's total amount

HIGH SEASON (December 1st to February 28th and holidays)
- Until 15 days prior check-in: 10% of the reservation's total amount
- 15 days prior check-in until 7 days before the check-in day: 50% the reservation's total amount
- 07 days prior check-in until the check-in day: 100% the reservation's total amount

PACKAGES (Carnival, Easter):
- Until 30 days prior check-in: 10% of the reservation's total amount
- 30 Days prior check-in until 15 days before the check-in day: 50% the reservation's total amount
- 15 Days prior check-in until the check-in day: 100% the reservation's total amount.
- No show: 100% of the reservation's total amount

NEW YEAR:
- 120 days prior check-in day: 10% the reservation's total amount
- 120 days prior check-in until 60 days prior the check-in day: 50% the reservation's total amount
- 60 days prior check-in until the check-in day: 100% the reservation's total amount In case of "no show" 100% of the reservation's total amount will be charged or the amount that had been already paid. The user's reservation can be replaced by another guest, in the same conditions, on the same period.
